I need to specify a filename for uploading to Weather Underground. the notes say I can in the xml file but I can't edit it or change it. How do I specify a filename for uploading??/

Why is it called webcamlite, what is missing. I paid for a full registered version

Installed newest version had no problem. But whenever I connected to it, the computer became extreamly slow. I checked on task manager and found out that "wLite" which is this program was using 98% of CPU usage. How can I fix that?
