Gabriel Ananda 'Gluecksmelodie' Producers Contest
Together with german label Karmarouge Records, FOEM/Electronic Youth arranged a new producers contest. Besides other prizes, you can even win a vinyl contract.
There are 2 ways to participate in this contest. You would have to either remix Gabriel Ananda´s club hit "Gluecksmelodie" (which means "melody of good luck).
Or you create your own "melody of good luck". You can work within any music style you want. From Ambient Soundscapes to Hardtechno. We are open to anything.

We would be very happy to see artists release their track on Karmarouge Records - so get up and make a damn good track

fusiphorm is foundsound co-founder cyhl takerkart. fusiphorm's debut release offers three thumping ditties fueled by the crumpling folds and crevices of processed sound design. the a side ("am i?") is a nine-minute, deeply brooding dancefloor burner with a wish mountain-like groove that emerges from distorted remnants of voice snippets. the b1 track ("i am...you!") is sure to please clubs and afterhours alike with a subtle drum sequence that employs a slew of grotesquely organic sounds and crackling reverberations of audio detritus. the b2 track is a remix by foundsound's own someone else -- maintaining a subtle pop element with tick-tocking percussion, wicked bassline, elongated vocal samples and deep, clinky reverbs. so what are you waiting for? go get it!

all the server sites are back online, working and secured.
as you probably saw the server was attacked/flooded yesterday and most of them were down until the night.
as i was working on that issue i've also updated mysql the the latest version which caused a few compatibility problems, i think i have solved almost everything now however if you receive an error or encounter problem on any site of the server please forward me the error message.

Idea for a future feature. Let webcamxp play a 'mediaPlayer playlist'. We can add sound, make it music.

You are using bčta version. Means: maybe not stable/reliable/use at own risk. Better use a stable older version when you want a good product ;)

I'm quiting this program and won't back anymore. Each time I access the webcam, my computer just froze up and nothing works. I checked on task manager, "wLite" was always using 98% tp 100% of CPU usage. I posted here not long ago, seems like this program has no tech support. If you want to use the Webcam server same time as you monitor your webcam, don't use this program.
