i didn't announce the new changes for webcamxp for a while and it's being requested quite often so here's the change log for the last versions:
5.4.3.095 :

webcamXP has been updated to 5.3.2.340.
here are the latest changes :
5.3.2.340 :
- Automatic reconnection for Linksys WCV54
- Fixed DVR issues when delete old files is set > 24 hours
- Fixed Gallery issues when delete old files is enabled
- Fixed CPU always returning 100%
- Authentication is now based on cookies and not by IP anymore
- FTP Data range limited between 1000 and 32000
- Support for "Stop" commands for IP Cameras (Sony)
- Fixed Windows Media Streaming not working with some Logitech or USB cameras
5.3.2.275 :
- Many new IP Camera templates
- Improvements / fixes in IP Camera handling
- In "CustomFileName" property in webcamXP5.xml (FTP / HTTP Upload), possible to use [d] for date [t] for time
- Fixed FTP / HTTP Upload was not working in Raw IP Camera mode
- Fixed Mutex issues when stoping / restarting the software
